Caroline Anderes is a studio artist based in Dallas, Texas. Working in oil, acrylic, charcoal and graphite, she is diverse in both skill set and range of subject matter.
Growing up on an island off the coast of Southeast Georgia, Caroline first recognized her desire to paint at the age of eight; pulling inspiration from the marshes and seascapes that encapsulated her childhood. An avid equestrian and artist, her two passions took her to Culver Academies for boarding school. It was the Academy’s art program where Caroline’s talent truly blossomed and her works became heavily inspired by her love for polo. She attended Southern Methodist University where she continued her career as an artist and polo player. Earning a Bachelor of Fine Art and a Master of Education, Caroline was equipped to become both an art educator and studio artist. After teaching elementary art for a number of years, Caroline is now pursuing her lifelong dream working as a full time studio artist.
